Ingredients

  • 2 bulbs garlic
  • 500 g sausae (Chorizo picante), in one piece
  • 3 liters tomato juice
  • 1 gr. Can (s) tomato (s), peeled, or 500g fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 3 tablespoon chicken broth, instant
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil, or refined olive oil
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), more to taste
  • 8 potato (s), waxy
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 large onion (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, core and chop the chorizo, garlic, potatoes, chilli and onions.
  2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and roast the finely chopped ingredients in the oil and let them take some color. Now add the remaining ingredients to the pot and simmer for 25 minutes. Season again to taste at the end.
