Zucchini Stewed in Cream with Garlic

Delicate young zucchini are fried until golden brown, and then stewed with the addition of cream – a very tasty and juicy dish is obtained! Young garlic, black pepper, and fresh dill give the dish a piquant taste and extraordinary aroma!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini – 550 g
  • Cream 10% fat – 120 ml
  • Flour – 40 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 10 g
  • Fresh dill for serving – a few branches (10 g)
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – on the tip of a knife

Directions

  1. Prepare the food you need.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. You do not need to cut off the peel of young zucchini. Cut the courgettes into medium-sized cubes.
  3. Season the sliced ​​courgettes with salt, add flour, and stir.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the zucchini, and fry over medium for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. The zucchini should be browned.
  5. Pour cream into the pan to the zucchini, add black ground pepper. Peel the garlic, chop finely and add to the pan. Stir, bring to a boil, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Wash the dill, shake and chop finely. Sprinkle the zucchini with chopped dill. The cream-stewed zucchini can be served immediately after cooking.
