Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 200 g apple sauce (caramel apple sauce)
- 120 ml cola
- 500 ml cream
- 40 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, instant
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles, possibly more
- 8 balls confectionery (Giotto)

- Mix the quark with the cola. Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Now stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon.
- Share the crowd. Put the chocolate sprinkles in one half and the applesauce in the other.
- Put in layers in dessert glasses and place a Giotto in the middle. Mash the remaining 4 Giotto and distribute them evenly around the balls. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
