- 250 g quark
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 100 g honey
- 150 ml milk
- 5 plums, pitted and halved
- 2 nectarine (s), pitted and cut into pieces
- 150 g rapes, halved
- some honey to decorate

- Prepare a cream from quark, crème fraîche, milk and honey. Add the fruit and mix well. Pour into dessert glasses and refrigerate.
- Decorate with a little honey before consumption and enjoy.
