Ingredients

  • Flour – 4 tbsp
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Apples – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 0.125 teaspoon
  • Vanillin – on the tip of a knife
    or vanilla sugar – 1 sachet (10 g)

Directions

  2. Apples of medium size are washed, peeled and core, cut into slices.
  3. Preheat a frying pan, melt 1 teaspoon of butter.
