Ingredients

  • 2 large apples
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla, cream or almond flavor
  • 4 tablespoon cinnamon - sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into wedges. Place them next to each other in a microwave-safe container (the dia should not be too small, e.g. MicroPlus 1.5 l). Shake cinnamon sugar with pudding powder, milk and cream in the Mix-Fix shaker or whisk thoroughly in a jug. Pour the mixture over the apples. Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon sugar if you like.
  2. Cover and cook at 600 watts for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Tip: Warm toast waffles go well with this.
