  • 2 apples, tart ones
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the 2 tart apples unpeeled into very thin slices on a vegetable slicer and brush with 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice. Brush the oven grate thinly with oil, place the apple slices on it and dry in the preheated oven at 100 degrees / convection 80 degrees on the 2nd shelf from the bottom for 1 hour.
  2. If you want to prepare the apple chips in advance, you can store them between layers of parchment paper in a tin can. Then they stay nice and crispy. Unfortunately, we didn`t smack that far.
  3. Have fun drying and smacking your lips.
