- 50 grams sugar
- 250 ml wheat beer (wheat beer)

- Mix the eggs, sugar and wheat yeast together and add enough flour until the dough is viscous.
- Wash and peel the apples, cut out the core and cut the apples into rings. Turn the apple rings in the batter and fry in a deep fryer or pan with plenty of oil until golden brown.
- Drain and serve sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Vanilla ice cream goes well with it.
