Ingredients
- 50 g oat flakes, crispy, luten-free if necessary
- 250 ml water
- 2 pinches sea salt
For the topping:
- 100 g applesauce
- 10 g walnuts
- 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
- 50 g quark, 20% fat or for the vean variant soy quark
- 50 g low-fat quark or, for the vean variant, 10 pea protein isolate

- Briefly toast the oat flakes in a saucepan so that they can develop their aroma. Deglaze with water and add the sea salt. Simmer on medium level for approx. 2 - 3 minutes.
- Then pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
