Ingredients

  • 1 kg apples
  • some lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, cut them into eighths, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Drizzle the pieces with lemon juice so they don`t turn brown. Put in a saucepan and cook with 2 tablespoons of sugar on low heat until soft. Then let it cool down.
  2. Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff and fold into the cold applesauce. Arrange and serve.
