Ingredients

  • 30 g oat flakes, crusty
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon plus something to sprinkle
  • 5 tablespoon apple pulp, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoon yogurt

Also: (for the granola)

  • 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ml water
  • 3 tablespoon oat flakes for the granola

Instructions

  1. For the oat, mix oatmeal with cinnamon and pour into a glass. Now fill up with hot water until the oat flakes are covered. Add apple puree and yogurt and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Let stand overnight.
  2. For the granola, mix the remaining oat flakes, the seeds and / or nuts with cinnamon. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the mixture and fry gently for about 10 minutes. Then carefully add the maple syrup and let the mixture caramelize a bit. Now let the whole thing cool down.
  3. So that the granola stays crispy on the oat, pour it over just before consumption.
