- Kefir – 250 ml
- Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon – a pinch
For decoration (optional):
- Fresh mint – 1 sprig
Vanilla sugar can be either white or brown.

- Peel and core the apples. Set aside the apple quarter for garnish.
- Cut the prepared apples into large random pieces.
- Combine kefir, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Add the sliced apples.
- Grind with an immersion blender until smooth, about 1.5-2 minutes.
- Pour the apple and cinnamon smoothie into glasses.
- Cut the remaining apple quarter into thin slices.
- Garnish the smoothie glasses or glasses with apple slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve the smoothie with a straw and serve!
