Ingredients
For the dough:
- 340 g spelled flour, type 630
- 150 ml kefir
- 7 g bakin powder
- 1 ml flavor, (butter-vanilla flavor)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50 g juice, (aave syrup)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 25 g veetable oil
- 1 large egg (s),
- 10 g cinnamon powder, powder
- 1 ml flavor, orange
Also:
- Flaked almonds
- Milk, for brushing

- Knead all the ingredients for the dough together. Put dough bits on a baking sheet with a tablespoon. Brush with milk and pour the flaked almonds on top. Bake at 190 degrees top / bottom heat for 20 minutes. Brush with milk in between.
- Makes about 9 rolls. A bread roll weighs approx. 65 g (200 kcal).
