  • 5 apples
  • 3 tablespoon schnapps, (apple schnapps)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 200 ml cream
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare an applesauce from 4 apples with a little sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Peel the apple and cut into fine pieces. Marinate with the apple schnapps and lemon juice.
  3. Beat one egg with 3 egg yolks and the sugar. Pour the egg foam over the apple pieces and fold in the cooled applesauce.
  4. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff and fold it into the parfait mixture.
  5. Fill into molds and freeze in the freezer for about 4 hours.
