We have apple abundance. How not to bake a delicious apple pie for tea!
Ingredients
For the test:
Wheat flour – 1 glass
Sugar – 1 glass
Chicken eggs – 3-4 pcs.
Soda – 1 pinch
Salt – 1 pinch
Oil for lubricating the mold – 1 teaspoon
For filling:
Medium apples – 4-5 pcs.
Sugar – 1-2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon – 0.5-1 tbsp
Directions
Drive eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar and salt.
Beat everything well with a mixer (3-5 minutes).
Sift flour. Add flour and soda to the egg mass.
Stir the dough until smooth.
Wash the apples (if desired, you can peel them), cut into 4 parts, cut the seedbox. Cut the apples into small pieces.
Sprinkle the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Mix.
Turn on the oven. Grease the form with oil, you can sprinkle with flour or semolina. Put half of the dough into the mold.
Then a layer of apples.
Then the remaining dough. Place the dish in the oven on the middle shelf.
Bake the apple pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes, until golden brown (baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven). As with any biscuit dough, it is advisable not to open the oven when baking.
Charlotte with apples and cinnamon is ready.
