Apple Pie “Crunchy”

There are never too many apple pies! And today I offer you another option for its preparation. In apple season, this is what you need!

Cook: 1 hour 20 mins

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Egg – 3 Pieces (2 pieces – in the dough, 1 piece – in the filling)
  • Milk – 100 Grams
  • Flour – 70 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar – 160 Grams (80 g – in the dough, 80 g – in the filling)
  • Soda – 1/3 Teaspoon
  • Apple – 4-5 Pieces
  • Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons (in filling)

Directions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and milk.
  2. Add vegetable oil, baking soda and flour. Knead the dough.
  3. Slice the apples and stir into the dough. Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
  4. To pour, combine soft butter, sugar and egg.
  5. Pour in the pie and place in the oven for another 15 minutes.
  6. Cool a little and help yourself.
