Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder

For covering:

  • 4 apples (depending on size)

For the cast:

  • 3 cups whipped cream, 200 g each
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. For the base, knead the first 6 ingredients into a dough and press them into a greased springform pan (with a rim).
  2. For the topping, peel the apples, quarter them and spread them on the cake.
  3. For the topping, mix the whipped cream with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and vanilla pudding powder. Bring everything to a boil and pour hot over the apples (it is quite liquid).
  4. Bake the cake for about 70 to 80 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat.
