Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 60 g mararine
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 20 g yeast
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 60 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 ½ kg apples, tart
- Fat for the shape
For the sprinkles:
- 200 g flour
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 120 g suar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 160 g butter or mararine

- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and mix with a teaspoon of the sugar. Keep warm for about 10 minutes. Mix the remaining sugar, salt, egg and vanilla sugar with the margarine and yeast mixture. Add the flour. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and cover and let rise in a warm place for 35-45 minutes.
- Grease the baking sheet well. Knead and roll out the dough again. Place the rolled out dough on the baking sheet. Peel the apples, quarter them and cut into 0.5 cm thick wedges. Place the apples on the batter.
- Process flour, hazelnuts, sugar, cinnamon and butter or margarine into sprinkles and spread on the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 - 35 minutes.
