  • 1 packet puff pastry, rolled up ready to bake
  • 4 apples
  • 8 tablespoon semolina
  • 8 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Water, for brushing
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Peel, core and grate the apples, mix with the semolina, sugar and cinnamon and spread on the puff pastry. Roll up the puff pastry, brush with water and sprinkle some sugar over it.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 30 minutes.
