  • 700 g apricot (s)
  • 3 hot peppers or chili peppers
  • 400 ml cider or apple juice
  • 1 packet citric acid
  • 1 packet preserving sugar 2:

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone, finely chop apricots and weigh 700 g.
  2. Clean the peppers / chilli, dice very small, weigh 30 g, or vary the amount as required and taste. It is best to put on rubber gloves.
  3. Put the apricots, peppers / chilli, cider / apple juice, citric acid in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for at least 4 minutes. Make a gel test. Skimming.
  4. Fill immediately into prepared jars, close with screw lids. The peppers / chilli sharpen a little over the course of the storage time.
