Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g cream cheese, natural
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 egg (s), size M
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch, heaped
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 bag / s pudding powder, vanilla or cream
  • 1 kg apricot (s), or other fruit as required

Instructions

  1. Core the apricots.
  2. Beat the first 7 ingredients with the mixer until frothy. Then mix the next 3 ingredients and slowly fold in.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and place the fruit in it. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. But be careful with a quiche pan, the dough will rise!
