Apricot Curd Cake Dessert

Does your child eat cottage cheese?) Prepare a very tasty and quick (not counting two hours in the refrigerator) cottage cheese dessert cake with apricots.

Ingredients

  • Apricots – 450 g
  • Cottage cheese – 400 g
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Gelatin – 20 g
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp (the dessert will not be very sweet)
  • Vanillin (it is possible without it)

Directions

  1. Fill the gelatin with cold milk, stir and leave to swell (15 minutes).
  2. Then we heat the milk with gelatin, but do not boil it (I put it in the microwave for 1.5 minutes). The gelatin will dissolve.
  3. Beat cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanillin (if any), and cooled milk with gelatin with a mixer. Literally, 1 minute for the curd to become smooth (I beat it with a whisk).
  4. We take out the form (I have a silicone one). Do not lubricate the form with anything!
  5. Wash apricots, cut into 4 parts. Pour into a mold and fill with curd mass.
  6. Place the cottage cheese dessert cake with apricots in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. After the specified time has elapsed, take out our apricot curd dessert from the refrigerator, put the mold in a bowl of hot water for 20-30 seconds. Then we turn over the form with curd dessert onto a dish.
