  • some cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and brush with the jam. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
  3. Roll up the puff pastry from both long sides towards the middle. Cut the strudel into thin slices with a sharp knife. (If it is difficult to cut, put it briefly in the freezer so that the dough becomes firmer.)
