Ingredients

  • 3 half apricot (s), from the tin
  • 2 tablespoon liquid, from the can
  • 150 ml apricot juice or peach juice
  • 2 cl apricot brandy

For the variant (s):

  • 1 can apricot (s)
  • 1 liter apricot juice
  • 150 ml apricot brandy, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the apricot halves into small pieces, in a sturdy cup you can do this directly in the cup. Add the liquid from the can with the help of a tablespoon, about 2 tablespoons per cup. Top up with the apricot juice, do not make it completely full, depending on the cup size, 150 ml is too much.
  2. Heat in the microwave at 800 watts for approx. 1:30 - 2:00 minutes. Please keep in mind, how long it really takes depends on the cup size.
  3. Pour the apricot brandy with the fruit into the heated liquid (for children without brandy). Stir and leave the spoon in the cup. Let rest for 2 - 3 minutes.
  4. Variant:
  5. Cut the apricot halves from the can into pieces and add the juice to the saucepan. Add the apricot juice. Heat everything for about 10 minutes on a medium heat, if possible do not let it boil.
  6. Take the pot off the plate. Add the apricot brandy to taste (for children without brandy) and let it steep for 2 - 3 minutes. Serve with a spoon in the cup.
