Ingredients
- 300 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 1 can tangerine (s)
- 1 pineapple, fresh
- liters ⅛ Blue Curacao
- 2 bottles sparkling wine, drier
- 1 bottle sparkling wine

- Peel the pineapple and dice the pulp, sort and wash the blueberries. Add the mandarins and their juice to the pineapple and blueberries. Pour the Curacao and a bottle of wine over it and let it steep for 4 hours.
- Chill the rest of the wine with the sparkling wine and pour over it before serving.
