  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 3 egg (s)
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • cumin
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Dice the washed peppers. Melt a little butter in a pan and fry the diced paprika. Season with salt, pepper and the other spices.
  2. Dice the washed tomato and add to the fried peppers after 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer the pepper and tomato mixture for a few minutes until the tomatoes crumble and become almost a thick sauce. Now beat the three eggs into the pan and let them set slowly. When the eggs have the desired consistency, season to taste again and then serve.
  3. It is best to eat hot with Arabic bread.
