Beef – 500 g
Champignon mushrooms – 250 g
Sweet green pepper – 2 pcs.
Onions – 150 g
Green onion – 3 stalks
Garlic – 4 cloves
Ginger (root) grated – 2 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 100 ml
Sugar – 2 teaspoon
Corn starch – 2 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
Directions
Cut the meat into thin strips.
Add soy sauce to the meat (leave 3 tablespoons for vegetables).
Add 1 teaspoon sugar, cornstarch, 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Cut the onions into thin strips.
Cut the green pepper into thin strips, chop the garlic, grate the ginger.
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Preheat a frying pan, add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the meat in two passes for 3 minutes over high heat. Place the meat from the pan into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoon. To the pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onions for 1 minute over high heat.
Add bell peppers and continue to fry over high heat for another 2 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoon. To the pan. tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar, put the mushrooms, stir and fry for 1 minute over high heat, stirring constantly.
Add garlic, ginger, stir and fry for 1 minute over high heat.Add meat, green onions to the pan and stir. Asian style beef is ready. Serve the beef with rice, pasta, or boiled potatoes.
