Asparagus in Bacon

I want to show you a very tasty, appetizing, and simple appetizer in the process. Asparagus is not often used by our hostesses, so I’m sure this dish will surprise your loved ones and guests.

Ingredients

Asparagus – 400-450 grams (about 12-15 pieces)
Bacon – 12-15 Slices (or pancetta)
Vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon

Directions

Here are our ingredients, there are only 2 of them.
Wash the asparagus, dry it, remove the hard ends. Wrap in a slice of bacon or pancetta.
Heat some oil in a frying pan, add asparagus. Fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).
Then put on a paper towel, slightly blot out excess fat – and you can serve asparagus in bacon to the table.
