Ingredients

  • 600 g asparaus, white, cooked, cut into pieces
  • 200 g salmon, smoked, cut into strips
  • 3 hard-boiled egg (s), cut into pieces
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Chilli pepper (s), ground
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and the other ingredients into a marinade. Fold in asparagus, smoked salmon and eggs. Season to taste with chilli and salt. Let it steep for an hour.
