  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk
  • 0.5 ½ cup raspberries, fresh or thawed frozen
  • 2 banana (s), ripe
  • 2 egg (s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Beat soft butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer until creamy. Mash the bananas with a fork and stir in. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Add milk and stir vigorously. Finally stir in the raspberries.
  3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
