Australian Burger

Cooking Australian burgers can be quick, simple, and someone who, and children, will be just happy!

Ingredients

  • Burger buns – 4 pcs.
  • Minced beef – 500 g
  • Chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Onions – 300 g
  • Tomatoes – 150 g
  • Bacon – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 200 g
  • Canned pineapples in rings – 4 pcs.
  • Salad – 1 bunch
  • Bread crumbs – 80-100 g
  • Ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare burger foods.
  2. Mix the ground beef in a deep bowl (be sure to take a good, high-quality fresh mince, since we will not fry it for long), one finely chopped onion, bread crumbs, an egg, 2 tbsp of ketchup, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Divide the minced meat into equal four parts (it is convenient to do this with wet hands). Form each part into a flat cutlet and fry in a mixture of olive and vegetable oil over high heat on both sides.
    After turning the patties over, place over each cheese slice and cover to melt the cheese.
  5. In a dry grill pan, dry the halved hamburger buns.
  6. Fry the eggs in a frying pan until the yolk grabs and begins to thicken. Cut the fried egg circles with a mold.
  7. Fry the bacon in a preheated skillet until golden brown.
  8. Remove the bacon from the pan and fry the chopped onion in the resulting fat.
  9. Fry the pineapple rings in the same fat.
  10. We start to shape the hamburger. Prepare all ingredients.
  11. Place the lettuce leaves on top of the dried half of the bun. Next – a slice of tomato, a slice of canned beetroot (optional), then a cutlet with already melted cheese, fried onions, a slice of bacon, a slice of pineapple and a circle of eggs. Pour some ketchup over the other half of the bun.
  12. Shape the remaining three burgers in the same way and enjoy the classic flavor.
  13. The burger turns out to be tall and incredibly delicious!
