  • 500 g spahetti
  • Fat for frying
  • 2 handfuls walnuts
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 cup cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the packet and then pour it off in a sieve. At the same time chop the walnuts and cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop the parsley.
  2. Heat some fat in a pan and roast the chopped walnuts in it until they get a little color. Then put the mushroom slices in the hot pan and fry briefly.
  3. Now add the cooked spaghetti and mix everything well. Fry everything briefly, then deglaze with cream and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the chopped parsley just before serving.
