Ingredients

  • 6 large potato (s)
  • 300 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 4 pork steak (s)
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Wash, clean and pat dry the tomatoes. Peel the onions, cut in half and cut into thin rings. Wash the parsley, spin dry and chop. Rinse the steaks, then pat dry well. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin, cut into pieces and drizzle with the lime juice.
  2. Cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water for about 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in the pan, fry the steaks vigorously, then turn the heat down and let the steaks simmer slowly, then season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Now fry the onions and tomatoes briefly in the frying fat of the steaks, add the steaks again, season everything with salt and pepper and keep warm.
  4. Drain the potatoes, allow to evaporate and mash with cream, butter and avocado. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange the mash on plates. Top with the steaks, tomatoes and onions and serve immediately hot.
