- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- salt and pepper

- Peel the avocados, remove the stone and finely dice. Finely dice the tomatoes and onions, press the garlic and put everything in a bowl. Now just mix it with a fork and just mash it lightly, you don`t want a pulp. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
