- 2 tomato (s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 50 ml water
- 15 ml white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
- 10 ml oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- leaves basil

- Cut the avocado, tomatoes and feta into small cubes and place in a bowl. Mix the water, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, mustard and basil thoroughly into a vinaigrette so that the mustard creates an emulsion and pour over it. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and sprinkle over them.
