Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 50 ml water
  • 15 ml white wine vinegar or white balsamic vinegar
  • 10 ml oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • leaves basil

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocado, tomatoes and feta into small cubes and place in a bowl. Mix the water, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, mustard and basil thoroughly into a vinaigrette so that the mustard creates an emulsion and pour over it. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and sprinkle over them.
