Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • 0.25 ¼ cucumber (s), organic
  • 250 ml coconut water, no coconut milk
  • some lemon juice
  • 8 basil leaves
  • some ginger root, peeled, grated
  • possibly salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apple, cut into pieces. Also cut the washed cucumber into small pieces and puree in a blender with the apple pieces and coconut water.
  2. Remove the peel and stone from the avocado, add the pulp, lemon juice, basil and ginger to the apple and cucumber mixture and mix. If necessary, thin out a little. Season to taste with lemon juice and possibly salt and pepper.
