Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon cream or Cremefine
- Herbs, Italian (alternatively pizza seasoning)
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon sour cream

- Heat the margarine in a saucepan, carefully stir in the tomato paste. Add water, cream, herbs, sugar, salt and pepper, stir everything well and remove from heat.
- Halve, core and slice the avocado. Arrange on a plate with the lukewarm tomato cream, garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
- It goes well with baguette, ciabatta or corn rolls.
