Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon cream or Cremefine
  • Herbs, Italian (alternatively pizza seasoning)
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat the margarine in a saucepan, carefully stir in the tomato paste. Add water, cream, herbs, sugar, salt and pepper, stir everything well and remove from heat.
  2. Halve, core and slice the avocado. Arrange on a plate with the lukewarm tomato cream, garnish with a dollop of sour cream.
  3. It goes well with baguette, ciabatta or corn rolls.
