Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the fruit. Scrape out the vanilla pod and mix with the fruit. Puree everything in a blender or with a hand blender. Mix with the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Let simmer for about 6 minutes.
  2. You can fill a small bowl with about 1 teaspoon of jam in between, swirl it back and forth if the jam is still too runny and continue cooking. If the jam stays rigid, it`s done.
  3. Immediately pour the finished jam into the prepared jars and close. Turn the glasses upside down for 15 minutes and let them cool down.
  4. If you want a fruit spread with pieces, you mix all the ingredients and let them steep for 3 hours. Proceed as described above.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
