Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- teaspoon ⅛ salt
- teaspoon ⅛ sugar
- 1 packet yeast (dry baking yeast)
- 15 g sunflower oil
- 120 ml water, warm
- 250 g round beef
- 0.5 ½ bell pepper (s), or half a can corn
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 4 strips bacon, thinly sliced
- Oil, for frying
- Flour for rolling
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil

- For the dough, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar and knead with the water and oil to form a smooth dough. It is best to knead with the food processor. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut the peppers into small cubes approx. 1 cm. Fry the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika powder. Add the pepper cubes and fry them as well. Cut the bacon into thirds into strips approx. 5 cm long. Season the tomato sauce with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.
- Knead the dough again briefly and roll out. If necessary, sprinkle the work surface with flour.
- Brush the rolled out dough with the tomato sauce. Spread the minced meat and paprika mixture evenly on top, sprinkle with cheese and top with strips of bacon.
- Bake in the preheated oven (top / bottom heat: 220 ° C, convection 200 ° C) on the middle rack for about 10 - 15 minutes.
