Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, e.. tortilioni
  • 200 grams bacon
  • 300 ml cream
  • 75 g parmesan, rated
  • 20 ml vodka
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • some thyme
  • some basil
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon into small pieces about 2 cm and then fry them in a pan on high heat without oil. Pepper in the process.
  2. At the same time bring the water to the boil for the pasta.
  3. When the bacon is crispy, add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Then pour in the vodka and gradually add the cream and stir in the spices.
  4. Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente.
  5. Rub the parmesan into the sauce and stir everything constantly on a low flame.
  6. Finally, drain the pasta and add to the sauce in the pan and mix. Then serve immediately.
