- 1 packet half and half dumplings
- 1 egg (s)
- 2 onions)
- 1 pack raw ham, diced
- 2 packs whipped cream
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons vegetable stock, instant
- 150 ml water, hot

- Mix the dumpling powder with the egg, a little nutmeg, salt and pepper according to the instructions on the packet and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, dice the onions and fry them with the diced ham.
- Cut off the dumplings with a tablespoon and place in a baking dish. Spread the bacon and onions on top.
- Dissolve the vegetable stock in hot water and mix with the H-cream. Season to taste with pepper, nutmeg and salt (remember that the bacon is also salty), pour over the dumplings. They should be covered a bit.
- Put in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes at 170 ° C top / bottom heat or 150 ° C hot air.
