- 1 onion (s)
- 6 grilled sausages (Nürnberger)
- 3 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into slices and cook them in salted water. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut them into slices.
- Dice the Nürnberger, then fry in oil with the onions in a large pan. Add the boiled potatoes and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat without turning them, so that there is a nice crust. Then turn and fry for another 5 - 10 minutes.
- The fried eggs are then fried in a second pan. These are served with the potatoes on the plate. Instead of Nuremberg meat, you can also roast meat cheese, bacon or ham.
