Ingredients

  • 200 g powdered suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs cream
  • 0.25 liter ¼ schnapps (grain)
  • 4 tablespoon rum
  • 3 egg (s), including the yolk
  • 1 tablespoon coffee, more soluble

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolk and coffee and stir until the coffee has dissolved.
  2. Put the powdered sugar with a little of the grain in a bowl and stir until it has dissolved.
  3. Add the vanilla sugar, rum and the mixture with the eggs and coffee to the powdered sugar. When everything is mixed well, you add the cream.
  4. Put everything in a bottle and chill for at least 3-4 hours.
  5. But it tastes best when left in the refrigerator for a day or two.
