Ingredients

  • 1 kg mascarpone
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 5 packs vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ bottle Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 glasses sour cherries, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the cherries with a mixer until smooth. Then fold in the cherries.
  2. Let steep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
