  • 3 biscuit (s) (amaretti), crumbled
  • 1 shot rum
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cinnamon

For decoration:

  • honey
  • powdered sugar
  • Sauce (vanilla sauce)

Instructions

  1. Cut out the core of the apple. Knead the marzipan with the other ingredients and then press into the apple. Drizzle with a little honey and put in the preheated oven. Bake at 200 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
