Ingredients

  • 400 g cod fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch soup vegetables (carrots, leek, celery)
  • 3 medium potato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml cream
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • some flakes butter

Instructions

  1. Clean the fish and season with salt and pepper. Clean the vegetables and potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes and the leek into 1 cm wide rings. Roughly dice the onion.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and sweat the vegetables in it. Pour in the broth and cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. Put the fish on top. Scatter the breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top and cover with flakes of butter.
  4. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 30 - 35 minutes.
