Ingredients
- 1 packet lamb`s lettuce (approx. 50 g)
- carrot (s)
- bell pepper (s)
- tomato
- cucumber (s)
- 1 packet feta cheese (200 g)
- 4 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon, heaped breadcrumbs
- 25 g butter

- Take the feta out of the packaging and cut into bite-sized pieces. I often split it lengthways so that it is not so thick. First turn in beaten eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Gladly also twice. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the feta for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In the meantime, wash the lamb`s lettuce, cut the vegetables into small pieces and mix everything in a bowl. Make a dressing from vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and plenty of honey and pour over the salad.
- Put the salad on the plates and serve the feta on top. Optionally decorate with herbs, sprouts, etc.
