Baked Fish with Potatoes

Oven-baked fish fillets with potatoes are a great idea for a family lunch or dinner. The dish turns out to be hearty and delicious. Baked fish and potatoes are very easy to cook.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fish (seafood), fillet – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 500 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 120 g
  • Vegetable oil – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Allspice – to taste

How to cook baked fish and potatoes:

Directions

  1. Salt the fish fillet, pepper, and cut into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Pour oil into the bottom of the baking dish. Then we spread the onions and carrots. We spread the fish in the next layer and grease it with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the potatoes into slices and place them on top of the fish. Salt, pepper to taste, grease with mayonnaise, and cover with grated cheese. Then we send the fish with vegetables and cheese to the oven. We bake fish and potatoes for 30-40 minutes.
