- 500 g minced beef
- 1 egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon, heaped breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- 300 ml cream (cooking cream)
- 50 g sour cream
- 2 slices cheese (Gouda)
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder

- Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Shape the mixture into 8 balls and place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Mix the tomato paste, cream, sour cream and spices into a sauce and pour over the meatballs. Quarter the gouda slices and place them on the meatballs, then put them in the oven. The dish is ready after 20-25 minutes.
