- 2 handfuls mushrooms
- 300 g mozzarella
- thyme
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Clean the mushrooms, cut into very thin slices and place on a plate (do not overlap). Spread the mozzarella and thyme over it, season with salt and pepper and pour a little olive oil over it.
- Preheat the oven to grill setting. Then bake the mushrooms under the grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden yellow in color. Serve with bread.
